Physical Health
Physically healthy or fit is one of the important aspect of a human being.
People are being more conscious towards their physical health or fit as time
changes. Male wants to have muscle bound body whereas female a slim and trim
look. Some are become obsessed of being physically fit because some are afraid
to be bully and some are just want to impress their crush by their muscular look.
It is a huge issue to those young people of todays generation. However, they are
not aware of the real essence of being physically healthy or fit.
We all know that to be physically fit is we need to exercise, workout, and have a
proper diet. It is the most common necessary regulations when people want to be
fit. Nevertheless, active and positive mind are also component of a physical
health.
Nowadays, if you were not physically fit you will be unheeded by some people.
People will evade you for being a fatty or chubby. Sad to note we observed it from
people who seems considered their selves as fit and doesn’t even know the real
essence of physically healthy. If that is the case, they are not considered as a
healthy or physically fit.
Let me clarify these, being physically fit is not just about being healthy outside but
also it is about being fully healthy inside. If you are healthy inside you will also
healthy outside. Fitness does not mean to be physically fit only, it also means with
healthy mental state.
