    TikTok SRW Profile Installation

    Navigate to the following in a browser to download SRW:

    https://my.thinscale.com/bly/20ntCw

    You will see the following screen as the application downloads:

    Once the download completes open the application:

    Chrome:
    You will receive an administrative prompt to install, select yes:

    Then select Install:

    Once the install completes you will be prompted to reboot, select yes.
    There will be a new Icon on your desktop for SRW, double click to open:

    Sign in with your @alorica.com credentials when prompted:

    SRW will install the required applications after first login:


    SRW will run systems checks, select Close to continue:

    Select yes to login the SRW profile:

    You will see additional per user software install after login:
    Select “Install Now” for LARK, select “Accept” for TCS.

    You will see the following screen, Select no for all but the “Location”

    It will take several minutes to login the SRW profile, once logged in you will be able to select the
    Applications in the SRW:
    To adjust display & sound settings select the Audio or Display preferences:
