Mail merge: To combine

ex bulk sms,mail,doc,certificate.....
one copy to make multi copies

One doc to send multiple peoples. send to
print(hardcopy),softcopy,mail(outlook) )

Req:1.database(notepad,access(default database),excel and outlook.)

Procedure:

1.to create the letter.


2.mailing-->start mail merge -->Letter
3.select recepients,it show the 3 options

a. type a new list-->if u want new data then select this option.
b. use an existing list-->choose from sent database or existing
database(notepad,excel,access)
c: choose from outlook contacts-->database import from outlook.

now i am select "type a new list",it show the "new address list",

note:- if u want change the column name(field) then click on "customise column"

and delete all old fileds and click add, type "name"-->ok and again add -->type
cell no -->ok.

enter names and cell no


and click ok.then it show the save address list,so give file name ex:student data

4.modify the data:select edit recepient list(add,delete,sort.....)

5 insert merge fields(name and cellno)


6.finish & merge

its show 3 options


1.edit individual doc(preview the result in system[softcopy]
2.print [get the printout(HardCopy)
3.sent to mail.(send the mail directly-SoftCopy)
