    Dear Mir Husen,

    With reference to your interview dated on 7th February, 2022 Tuesday, we are pleased to offer
    you the position of PHP Developer, in our organization. Your recruitment is subject to the policies
    and conditions listed below:

    Joining Date

    Your Joining Date is 14th February, 2022, Monday.

    Timings

    While we work from office our work timings are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday.
    Break: 11:30 to 12:15 (Lunch Break) and 3:00 to 3:30(Snack Break)
    But, due to COVID-19, we have been working from home.
    So, Working hour per day – 8hours
    Likewise, Working hour per week –40 hours.
    You have to be online compulsory from 10 A.M – 2 P.M. And other time you can work as per your
    convenience, need to complete total working hour for a day.
    There’s Time Doctor App where you need to install, from which we get update of your total working
    hours.
    Salary
    Your Monthly Salary is Rs. 50,000.

    Leaves
    You are entitled to 12 days of paid leave per year. In case you join in the middle of fiscal
    year(Shrawan of one year to Asadh of another year),your casual leave will be counted on the basis
    of remaining month for fiscal year.

    Also, I request you to open the bank account at NIC ASIA BANK and provide the account number
    as soon as possible. Your salary will be deposited in this bank.
