Introduction

A clothing line shop that is called Unbound offering items


such as clothes with unique and different designs that is trendy
nowadays, it is also affordable with a good and nice quality. The
target market will be a portion of young adults, and we chose this
kind of product and business because It is known for the quality or
values It stands for. We share our passion while creating our
products because It takes courage to make your passion visible and
we want the best for our customers. The goal is to be able to build
and establish a different branch stores of our clothing line so that
more people can feel the warmth of our clothes. Since the business
owner is exceeding of 10 people, This business is a corporation
type. Specifically, a corporation is a business structure that operates
as a separate and distinct legal entity. It is owned by shareholders
and managed by a board of directors who appoint officers to
oversee the business’s daily operations. The Mission of Unbound
Clothing is To create a clothing line that encourages every person of
age, color and figure to express their individualism and creativity
through style and fashion at affordable prices. Unbound Clothing's
vision is to strive to be the leading street wear provider by
empowering innovation and design to provide total customer
satisfaction. We strive to bring clothing wear that encourages our
customers to be more confident in their everyday attire. We strive to
be a caring and well-managed organization for our business
partners, customers and employees, and a responsible corporate
citizen to our society.

I. Executive Summary

Unbound is a Clothing Brand that best delivers a exceptional


quality, comfortable garments at affordable prices that caters every
person of color, age and shape. Between the present and previews
time, the fashion industry has a lot of competitors. When it comes
into business, there are few companies that will be able to compete
with Unbound. Therefore, Unbound has upgraded technological
capability to design and develop a new process, product and
upgrade knowledge and skills in order to be included on the
trademark.

Since Unbound Clothing is a start up business it will be


difficult to get the consumers attention. Therefore, the company
offered a promotion to entice the audience into buying the product.
This will tap into the market of those who like the clothing but are
more spontaneous buyers. Another key factor that will captive the
consumers attention to have a high growth rate is its marketplace.
With the pandemic, Unbound has protocol facilities to provide
consumers safety. There will be no mask no entry sign on every
store and the facilities will be sanitized every day. Nevertheless, to
avoid crowded places it can be purchase on a variant websites
wherein it can be delivered nationwide.

Through exploiting current equipment, business best


practices, and an ambitious promotion and distribution strategy,
Unbound is in a position to leverage on this online marketplace to
speed up the company's growth expectations for the near future.

III. Technological Considerations

Unbound retail store will require upgraded technological


capability in order to have the possibility of offering an online
marketplace in which customers may purchase our products online.
With the pandemic and for an easier method of buying, customers
demand a simple and easy way by which to conduct online
transaction in a secure manner. With unbound retail store’s current
website, providing pictures and necessary information about the
products, customers are able to have online transactions and are
able to contact us through emails and calls. In addition, new online
marketing is implemented in order to reach existing and potential
customers through methods such as emailing lists, promotional
advertisements, and loyalty discounts. Many people nowadays are
addicted in online shopping so we have this opportunity to conduct
online business for us to get bigger sales. In order to get our
products we further recommend online payment for those people
who like cashless payments and if not you can pay directly to our
shop. Our customer service will make you satisfied and purchase
again our products.

Unbound is to maintain a small information technology group


enough to provide the store’s website needs in order to function
rightfully. Therefore, it is recommended that Unbound is to contract
with an internet marketplace provider who can work with Unbound in
order to fulfill the essential parts, such as design, build and
implantation of the sort of extensive online platform, in order to meet
its needs within the determined timeframe and budget. It is to be
noted that the technology exists and is in use throughout the
marketplace which lowers the risks of this concept considerably.

IV. Product/Service Marketplace

Online Marketplace has been a thing that's been around for


the past years, and clothing lines have been thriving in selling their
products in this specific marketplace. While we see countless of
street wear brands here and there, Unbound Clothing offers not only
the highest quality of clothing, but also variety of choices and design
that our dear customers can choose from. ABC'S major competitors
are brands that have been around for a while, namely "Coziest
Co.","Don't Blame the Kids" (DBTK) and "Kush". A large number of
our customers are expected to be from those who have seen our
content marketing and promotions, and those who are from
referrals. Customers might choose our products because we offer a
“buy 2 – get 10% cash back” because of this promotion customers
might be interested to buy the products. Our competitors are most
likely the other clothing line but we will make sure to maintain the
quality of our products good. We have an online shop in which the
customers can purchase the products that they want through just a
few clicks, or they can visit our flagship store located in Don Hilaro
Cruz, Tagaytay,1920 Rizal.
