Guidelines For The Music Culminating Activity
Dear Parents/Guardians
The AUP elementary school will be having their music culminating program this coming April 19,
2021 as scheduled in the school calendar with the theme “ Music Around the World ”. In line with this
we would like to request you to support and record the audio and the video performance of your child
separately and pass it to your music student teachers they will be providing the google drive link where
you can send your audio and video recordings . This activity is graded so we encourage your kids to join
this once in a life time event. They will be recording two songs one for their class performance and the
other one is for the Tutti song (All will be singing together for their finale song).
We are sending here the guidelines for the audio and the video recordings please read it carefully and
follow. The deadline of passing will be on or before April 14, 2021 to give enough time for their music
teachers to edit their video performance.
