MY PERSONAL LIFELONG LEARNING PLAN REFLECTION

I am not perfect as a person and not at my best as a teacher. I have flaws and limitations. I am not all-knowing and I have a lot of queries
and hesitations. These are my thoughts as a teacher. I recognize the importance of continuous personal development and professional growth. If I
were to aim for success and greatness in my field, I know I have to strive harder in making every aspect of my expertise be the best it can be. My
GURO21 experience made me realize that this is all possible. I am glad I grabbed the opportunity to be part of this course because it made me
realize that learning is a lifelong journey.

Crafting this Personal Lifelong Learning Plan gave me so many realizations. It revealed that I have so much to learn, develop and
enhance. I was able to identify my level of competency in the different 21 st century literacies such as arts and creativity, eco-literacy, digital
literacy, financial literacy, media literacy, globalization and multicultural literacy and social and emotional literacy and set activities to enhance
each field. There may be barriers and challenges in achieving these objectives, but I believe there are also possible solutions for each. Setting
plans is important in ensuring that you are in a right track towards your goals.

The completion of my PLLP is indeed very rewarding on my part because I know it will help me set priorities and goals for
improvement. It will serve as my guide in improving myself personally and professionally. Today, I am committing myself to work towards
fulfilling it and making it a reality.
