d) Readings and Question hour for the Previous Minutes of the Meeting.

The session was started with an invocation lead by Brgy. Sec.Jaynee D. Jacob followed
by the roll call telling the August body that nobody has absent.
The presiding officer asked if there are questions or clarifications regarding the previous
session dated on November 1, 2021 and everybody said none.
Brgy.Kgd. Renante J. Mapalo moves for the approval for the previous session, seconded
by Kgd. Pastor A. Viray Jr.
BUSINESS FOR THE DAY

The following are the agenda mentioned:

 PB Repoyo asked the Barangay Secretary to furnish a copy of resolution realigning the amount
of eighteen thousand pesos only (₱18,000.00) from the allocated 5% fund (megaphone) for the
purchase of speaker with 2 wireless micro phone to be used during event or barangay assembly
and a resolution requesting Hon. Noel C. Bince board member 6 th district of Pangasinan for one
speaker with microphone for the use of barangay Bobonan, Asingan, Pangasinan during event or
barangay assembly.
 PB Repoyo reminded the august body to disseminate to their respective sectors that there will
be a registration of National ID for 5-17 years old on November 14-15, 2021 and bring their
Original Birth Certificate or Passport.
 PB Repoyo asked Barangay Secretary Jacob to furnish a copy of notice for the scheduled Clean-
up-drive on November 16, 2021, at exact 7 in the morning.
 PB Repoyo also reminded the august body to disseminate to the 4P’s Beneficiaries of their
respective sectors that they are the participants for the Barangayanihan Activity of PNP Asingan
on November 17, 2021 to discuss peace and order of our barangay.

Ruperto DC. Bolleser Jr.
