Bunker Introduction
Bunker Surveying Course is to train participants to carry out bunker surveying to
Surveying comply with the requirements, procedures and documention in accordance with the
Singapore Standards – SS600:2014 - Code of Practice for Bunkering.

a. At least 21 years of age and medically fit;

In order to qualify as a candidate for the examination, the participant must have at

bunker surveys* as a trainee surveyor or have more than 5 years of relevant working

*A bunker survey perfomed by a licensed bunker surveyor for an entire bunkering operation by the bunker tanker to
135 Middle Road, the receiving vessel.The trainee surveyor shall maintain records of each survey attendance with the licensed bunker
Bylands Building, #03-03 surveyor. Each record shall include but not limited to, date of survey, location of survey, name of receiving vessel,
Singapore 188975 name of bunker tanker, name and licence number of bunker surveyor and the master’s/chief engineer’s endorsement
with vessel’s stamp.

Certification
Bunker Surveying Course certificates will be awarded to the participants who have
Period of Regn (ERF): successfully completed the course.
