the ways human beings organize and govern

2. Justify whether Political Science is a “science” or “not a science”

For me, Political Science is a “science” because I have read the definition of
“science” and Political Science fit in the category of being a part of it. Science is also a
systemized body of knowledge based on phenomena and Political Science is a political
phenomena.

e. Postponement of election in 2022 -Political Economy
4. Do you think studying Political Science will help you to become a better citizen of the
Philippines? Justify your answer
Absolutely yes, because studying political science widens my knowledge about
the politics in our country and other countries and It can help me realize what I’m supposed to
do to be a better citizen in our society that’ll help not only me but also the other citizens around
me.
5. What method of political science is applicable to the present situation of the country. Give
examples to back up your argument.
For me, the method of political science that is applicable to our country’s present
situation is Mathematical and quite Psychological Method. Mathematical method because every
time I watch the news, I always see a numerical values that represents the number of people
that is newly affected, deceased, and survivor of COVID-19. Somewhat, Psychological method
because I have noticed that some of the politicians in our country are already making a move for
their run for a position on the 2022 election; examples are the billboards of names or pictures of
them posted in the streets and Ms. Sarah Duterte even already had a jingle.

6. Among the different tasks of political thinkers, which do you think is true in the Philippine
setting? Give examples to back up your argument.
Among the different tasks of political thinkers, I think the one that is true in the
Philippines is the one that is according to Agpalo that is cited by Valenzuela because I know
someone who graduated in the course of Political Science and he had doctoral degree to teach
in a known State University.

7. Do you know someone who graduated in Political Science course? Describe him/her educational
attainment and career.

If none, try to connect in the internet and search someone who graduated in the course Political
Science and describe him/her educational attainment and career

Evaluate their career it related to political science or not.

I know someone who graduated in Political Science course and he is really
close to my family that I even consider him as my uncle. He had mentioned to me that he
studied Political Science in college along with the other courses he finished. He also finished his
doctoral degree. He is now an Administrator and a Professor to a University. His career is also
related to political science.
