I'm concerned at first because I'm not sure whether the students will
Follow the routines and procedures I've set, but once I've implemented them in
the classroom, I'm glad and content because they engage. Students are taught
how to enter the classroom and welcome the instructor, how to turn in their
assignments, how to keep a record of their attendance and write an excuse
letter if they will not be there on a certain day, how to make excuses when they
need to use the restroom, and so on.
There have been certain improvements in the classroom
environment/teaching-learning process, such as increased attention and
listening. My Resource Teacher's opinion is that I should constantly consider
my pupils' needs and include them in my plans to make things easier.
What factors/conditions prompted you to establish those classroom routines and procedures?
Some students really work well with few defined routines while others
really need to have numerous routines and procedures in place. Just
enumerating lots of routines and procedures will not be effective and may
actually be counterproductive for some classes. Get to know the kids and
then make up the routines you think they will need.
Was there a marked improvement in classroom management after employing your classroom
routines?
There is improvement in my classroom management some of the students
following the classroom routines, but some of them are not used to it
activities the teacher will know if they make progress in the lesson that
tackled.
Overall, I acquired a lot of insight into learning new teaching abilities and
getting new knowledge, and trying new experiences but the social impacts
and family influence on the pupils are extremely different. I've monitor my
students working hard to finish the exercises and tasks that I give.
Creating a classroom with a secure and welcoming atmosphere is
essential for good learning for the students.
OBSERVE
Creating a classroom routine it’s not just easily you will be encountered
many problems/challenges in your class like for example if the students will
be able to be motivated, if it will create a positive environment and if they
will follow the routines that I’ve made. Many question in my mind if this
routines can help the student to improve their Learning.
REFLECT
By making it positive that the students will be able to meet their needs
and follow it without any difficulties in understanding the routines.
PLAN
classroom routines and wait for their feedback if they will complain or if they
want to change something about the routines because it will be more
effective if the students are involved in creating routines because they will
force to do it because they are the who suggest that classroom routines.
