IMPLEMENTATION OF THE TRAINING DESIGN

The Training Design will be implemented to the employees of City Environment

Management Office (CEMO) after approval and budget allocation. If approved, there will be
a memorandum on the list of participants per batch shall be issued, taking into consideration
that the training/workshop should not hamper regular office works and function. Date and
venue shall be considered such that it will not be in conflict with other important events,
seminars and meetings.

The training coordinator, in collaboration with the training team, will also consider
the availability of rescue persons, as well as their honoraria. The following is the proposed
training schedule:
