FPA – REPORTING

1.baseball
 Baseball includes coordination because during a game or when a player is on the field a
batter needs to quickly process visual information in order for him to know what measure
how he will hit the ball and the amount of force he needs to exert.
2.table tennis
 Table tennis is a sport that requires a high level of coordination skills because you will be
constantly watching the ball , you need to follow and be able to hit it back. that’s why
coordination is very important in table tennis.
3.auto racing
 Coordination is necessary in Auto racing because it is something that needs excellent
reflexes and hand eye coordination.
4.team handball
 coordination is a main factor in team handball as you need to optimize throwing
performance just like eye hand coordination because hand eye coordination affects
timing, balance, speed of reaction and body control.
5.ice hockey
 Hockey requires a good coordination between the eyes and hands because it improves the
reflexes and the reaction times of its player. Playing or practicing the game develops the
body’s coordination.
6.basketball
 Also, in basketball it requires hand eye and foot coordination as you maintain your
balance through your movement because as you play you need to move quickly as you
jump or change direction to have a stable shot.
7.volleyball
 In volleyball we need coordination, coordination helps you to a new thing, you can
improve and master new movements. And hand eye coordination is one of the common
ways for success in the sport of volleyball because hand eye coordination has a big role in
digging and spiking the ball.
8.boxing
 In boxing you need to be able to react quickly, hand eye coordination helps your strength
and speed , focus on training for boxing and without hand eye coordination all that
strength and speed would be useless.
