Project SHELF (Senior High School Enhanced Learning Facilities) is designed to provide students and school personnel with
adequate learning facilities and safe environment. These will offer extra learning, leisure opportunities, and comfort for the whole
school (Ibrahim, et al., 2015). Moreover, school facilities must consider the safety aspects to ensure the high level of safety among
the school community thus, the existence of Program TRACE (Tracking Real-time Accounts of Contacts for the School SEcurity).
Program TRACE is designed to improve the contract tracing process thru tools that will create a database of contact details of
school-goers including students, school personnel and visitors.
To ensure the success of this activity, 6 male, and 19 female school personnel have been consulted on their contact tracing
preferences using a survey form. One hundred percent (100%) of the school personnel agreed on the mentioned program and are
expected to participate in the program.
Furthermore, 75 male and 47 female students, as well as male and female school-goers will benefit from the said program.
Monitoring and Evaluation of the activity will be implemented by the School Monitoring and Evaluation team. Result of the
monitoring will be provided to the proponents and to the SDO.
