Course Title : COMPUTER SYSTEMS SERVICING NCII 

Nominal Duration : 280 hours 

Course Description :

This course is designed to develop and enhance knowledge, skills, and attitudes of a
Computer Systems Service Technician in accordance with industry standards. It covers
basic and common competencies in addition to the core competencies such as to install
pand configure computer systems, set-up computer networks and servers and to maintain
and repair computer systems and networks.

Entry Requirements:

Candidate/trainee must posses the following qualifications, must be:

  Able to communicate both oral and written


  Physically and mentally fit.
  With good moral character.
  Can perform basic mathematical and logical computations.
  Analytical and logical thinking
