2. What are your top 3 strengths & weaknesses and how do they affect you as a leader and the people
you lead?

SMART goals in 5 YEARS :
S : Continue my education to a master's degree.
M : Finding a scholarship and getting my dream university.
A : Study diligently for my master's degree and prepare to apply for the scholarship.
R : I can get it as long as I learn diligently to achieve it.
T : I will start on the last semester of my bachelor's degree.
The LCEB experience plays a role in it because when I become the EB, I will learn to make decisions, consider
the decision and the risk. Increasing my negotiation skill and I will get a network, which is that experience will
help me a lot to achieve my goals.
4. How do you see LCVP experience will help you to reach what do you want to do after
AIESEC life?
LCVP is one of the opportunities in AIESEC. When I become the LCVP, I can learn time
management, soft skills, make decisions, consider the decision, and get the network. Those
things that I mentioned before will be helpful for me after I finish my AIESEC journey.
Because I believe, the journey after AIESEC and college will be hard, and those skill can help
me to make strategic decision in my life, building and utilize networking.
5. What is your best definition about a dream team? How do you play a role in it?
A dream team is a team that supports each other and opens each other. My role in the dream
team is being neutral because I tend to put myself in the shoes of others in every situation and
condition. And also as the listener and the one that can be a place to talk and discuss.
6. Tell the story when you’re really feeling demotivation when you have a some responsibility?
And how was it?
When I have a lot of assignments, such as my assignments in academics, my duties at home as children,
then my AIESEC task, sometimes it makes me overwhelmed. When I feel overwhelmed, tired, and
demotivated appear. I overcame those things by taking a break by playing a game and watching the
anime series. After taking a break, I do the assignment slowly and finish it.
7. How can this role help you to grow personally and professionally?
Personally : When I become an EB, I have to be confident, make wise decisions, and consider wisely.
Those things make me responsible for the decisions that I make. Then, I learn to make selfless decisions
and make the best decision for everyone or my team. I can evaluate myself by asking feedback to my
team
Professionally : When I have many things to do, I have to manage my time well. Therefore, I need to
prioritize my schedule to know first what I need to do. From this I learn time management. Then I aim
to attain an excellence communication skill to help me to develop in my career letter on.
8. What are some challenges you foresee along the way? How would you overcome
them?
AIESEC 2025 is a mid-term goal and direction of AIESEC. AIESEC’s mission of peace and fulfillment of
humankind’s potential. There are three main aspirations for

Empowering youth leaders: engage the youth to develop their leadership skills. My contribution is to
engage youth to join AIESEC projects such as VGV, IMPACT CIRCLE, YOUTH TODAY, AFL, etc. Those

Building a long-lasting AIESEC: having a long relationship with AIESECer. My contribution is inviting
alumnae to the AIESEC event, encouraging members to high role.
Developing purposeful partnership: Build and maintain relationships with a partnership for the
development of each other. My contribution is increasing and maintaining the relationship with
stakeholders using the implementation of CRM.

3. How do you translate the Blue Code, AIESEC values, and culture that you want to bring to
AIESEC in UNAND as LCEB
Blue code is a guideline for team leaders to get information about how to lead a team by implementing Team
Behaviors, Team Standards, and Team Calendar.
Team Behaviors are The Behaviors every Team in AIESEC should portray to develop Competence, live AIESEC
Values, and achieve 2020
Team Standards are guidelines to help Team leaders implement every process of Team Standards.
Team Calendar is a timeline that helps team leaders to implement Team Standards.
AIESEC Value provides every member of AIESEC a set of core values that we live by every day. We can develop the
leadership potential of young people by engaging them early on with a values-based environment that shapes their
behaviors. We enable young people to build a strong foundation of core values as they develop into responsible and
entrepreneurial young leaders. We allow them to be empowered to carry these AIESEC values throughout their lives to
make more responsible decisions that will positively impact the world.
Culture that I want to bring: Be open and trust each others because we should do that in a team. To trust and open in
our team are needed to create the environment of our team better and everything went smoothly.
4. Based on the LC’s recovery plan, how can you benchmark what has been planned towards
your role as LCEB later on?
The recovery plan for AIESEC in UNAND 2022 based on LCP's plan is to Resize, Reposition, and
Operation strategies.
My Role: In this plan, I will start maintaining relations with stakeholders to support our initiative
projects and maintaining relations with stakeholders such as holding regular meetings, sending
external newsletters to know what we are doing, and knowing the condition of our LC. And
maintaining relations with stakeholders also aims to support project initiatives such as making
stakeholders one of the speakers in our event, or we can also make stakeholders as partners.
My role as LCVP ER: I will conduct an event that will invite partners or stakeholders to assist AIESEC
in UNAND in carrying out its activities. The events that I hold are stakeholder gatherings that will
make new events with stakeholders, such as collaboration events between AIESEC in UNAND and
partners.
5. Analyze AIESEC in UNAND based on PESTLE analysis and how can you utilize that condition for the
better of AIESEC in UNAND? (explain with action step and measurement of success)

6. What is the uniqueness of AIESEC in UNAND and how do you capitalize it for the better of AIESEC in
UNAND?
The uniqueness of AIESEC in UNAND is three work ethics: Family, Integrity, Courtesy. In my opinion, the
uniqueness of AIESEC in UNAND is the family culture. When I joined AIESEC in 2019, I felt that AIESEC
members are closest like family even though we are from different majors in our university. Then, I think
AIESEC members are supportive and help each other. How do I capitalize on keeping in touch with alumnae,
senior members because that is helpful for my networking and AIESEC in UNAND. For example, alumni are
facilitators in AIESEC in UNAND events such as Local Conferences, etc.
7. What is the biggest challenge for AIESEC in UNAND based on our current condition? What strategies
are you going to bring in order to tackle the challenge? What result are you expecting?
The biggest challenge is Pandemic covid-19 for AIESEC in UNAND. However, this challenge is faced by
everyone in this world. We need to strict to health protocol, obey the government’s such as wear mask,
regularly wash a hand, make a physical distancing, and we faced this pandemic as a challenge together. As a
result, I expect that we can live side by side with this pandemic and can go through this phase well. We can start
our activity by limiting the participation of people, keeping strict health protocols, or making online events.
8. What is the meaning of AIESEC in UNAND as a leadership development organization? What is your
contribution to ensure AIESEC in UNAND is well-known as a leadership development organization?
AIESEC in UNAND is a youth leadership organization that helps young people develop their leadership and be
critical thinkers in everyday life. In AIESEC in UNAND, the youth take an active role as an actor of change in
current situations. This organization cares a lot about SDGs that can help the surrounding community reach
sustainable development goals. My contribution to ensuring AIESEC in UNAND, well known as a leadership
development organization, is actively involved in projects, doing market research about current problems in
Padang especially and giving the solutions toward the problem. By this means, the leadership skills are needed to
make decisions, the soft skills as a leader will be shown to the public. Therefore, brand awareness of AIESEC in
UNAND as a leadership development organization is recognized.
I see the AIESEC 2022 can be an opportunity and impact youth through the projects such as AFL, Impact Circle,
and so on. Stakeholders utilization to conduct the projects, yet AIESEC in UNAND needed the innovations to
keep their market (youth).

3. How can we improve and strengthen our brand as a leadership organization? And what is your strategy to
educate youth about AIESEC and also our value?
From this survey, we know that most people know AIESEC from AIESEC
Activities (43,1%). In this current condition, we must adapt and make an
innovation to increase our brand awareness. Optimizing to utilize our social
media, such as creating a campaign or virtual project, can help youth gain
knowledge and improve their skills. Involving our stakeholders in our project
also can maintain relations and enlarge our reachment. My strategy is thorugh
UKM visit we can promote and educate people about AIESEC which leadership
organization. Therefore, purposively increase AIESEC brand awareness and it
also include the stakeholders.

7. What do you know about trends in Padang, and how do you utilize that into your mission? Please analyze and
breakdown them into your marketing strategy!
The trend in Padang is currently being noticed or used by people, especially youths in the field.
The current trend is upgrading personal branding, where youth are looking for opportunities to
boost their personal branding, such as updating their CV.
My mission is to optimize collaboration events with internal and external of AIESEC to give
leadership experience for youth.
I utilize that in my mission: hold a collaboration event with partners and invite youth in the city of
Padang to take part in the event.
A strategy is needed to invite them, namely UKM visits, showcases to radio, and utilizing social
media.
