Dear Teachers,
We are sending a list of some important guidelines for CTs in the observation activities of our
Field Study 1 and 2 students. Thank you very much for your accommodation of our students in your
classes.
Guidelines in FS 1:
1. All FS students must be enrolled in all subjects by their respective CT. Students are required to
be on cam during the observation of classes. These are pertaining to the regular classes of the
CT only.
2. Accommodate students in a full immersion which means in all classes except in periods where
the student has an online class/es in college.
3. The students may not necessarily be assigned as admin in the class. The students can review the
recorded videos of the classes of they wanted to observe student online class behavior.
4. The CTs will just take note of the attendance of the students’. The students will fill out their
attendance forms (dates, time in & time out) through google form. An attendance report will be
generated and presented to the CT for signature to confirm, one at the end of FS 1 and another at
the end of FS 2 this semester.
5. Should there be unexpected situations like health emergencies where you cannot hold your
classes, allow students to comply a maximum of 2 episodes in a week to recompense the lost
observation opportunity.
6. Accommodate and schedule requests for interviews by FSS within the observation week, based
on the required tasks in their Field Study Book. It could be a group interview for CTs with several
assigned FS students.
