What is the impact of these policies and procedures to student learning?
Every school has a Policy. This policy should be updated and changed in nesessary. As
an intern, it is essential that I keep myself up-to-date in school policies and procedures.
It is also important to realize that every school is different. They have different needs
and their students have different issues. That is why policy has impact most the school

My Learning Artifacts:
Write an appreciation letter to your cooperating teacher for accepting you as his/her teaching inter. Let
him/her read this and request him/her to sign your letter.
Ma’am Fatima,
Good day!
As your teaching intern, I just want to let you know how much I appreciate your efforts
and hard work for me to learn the necessary things that are important in my future work
as a professional educator like you. Your guidance provides me the opportunity to be
able to engage myself in teaching and improve it in a creative way. I know it is hard
being a cooperating teacher especially on this time of pandemic that we are doing a
distance learning approach in education. But then, you are still there to impart your
knowledge and skills for my improvement. I am so grateful that you are my cooperating
teacher. Not just because of your kindness but on the same nature of choice in
education. We both love math and that’s why we understand each other’s side. The fear
and nervousness that I felt before my deployment as an intern was replaced by
excitement and joy because of what personality that you have. I am looking forward to
more academically related experiences to you as my cooperating teacher. Working with
your guidance makes my foundation in teaching strong.

What was the reaction of my CT to this letter? (You may ask her/him to write on the space
provided)
- “As your cooperating teacher, I am glad to your message to me” she said. My letter to
my cooperating teacher makes her feel important as an educator. This mean that that
we, learners, must be appreciative enough to appreciate the worth of a teacher. Teacher
is not just on teaching but also in molding individuals to be the greatest version of
themselves.
