    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


    I, , of legal age, Filipino citizen, single, and resident

    , do hereby name, constitute and appoint MARK JHON OBOG
    PASAMON, of legal age, Filipino citizen, and resident of UNIT PHK CHELSEA TOWER 1,
    EASTBAY RESIDENCE CONDOMINIUM, BARANGGAY BULI, MUNTINLUPA CITY
    , as my
    true and lawful attorney in-fact to act, for and in my stead, to do and perform the following
    acts deeds and things, to wit:

    1. To cause the transfer of title/ register a parcel of land with improvements located
    at UNIT 1024 ANUVA RESIDENCE CONDOMINIUM, BARANGGAY BULI,
    MUNTINLUPA CITY. To register the sale/ purchase of said property to my
    VENDEE specified in Deed of Sale with assumption of mortgage signed and
    notarized by myself.

    2. To claim and receive the Certificate Authorizing Registration from the Bureau of
    Internal Revenue (BIR);

    3. To transact business with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Assessor’s


    Office, Registry of Deeds, Land Registration Authority, and other
    government offices in all matters relating to the transfer/registration of said
    property in my VENDEE specified in Deed of Sale with assumption of mortgage
    signed and notarized by myself.

    4. To make, sign and execute, for and in my behalf, any documents which may be
    necessary for the release of the certificate of title to my VENDEE specified in Deed
    of Sale with assumption of mortgage.

    6. To do and perform any and all other lawful act and deeds necessary to undertake
    the execution and finalization of sale, transfer or conveyance of the said
    property.
    7. To sign, execute, receive and/or deliver contracts and agreements, other papers
    and/or money to effect with his power stated in this authorization pertinent to the
    above described authority.
    9. To do such any other act or thing that may be required necessary or
    incidental to carry out effectively any and all of the purposes for which this authority
    is hereby given;

    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said attorney-in-fact full power


    and authority to do and perform any and every act, and thing whatsoever requisite
    and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as I
    might or could lawfully do if personally present and hereby ratifying and confirming all that
    my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents.
