8:00 - 8:30 Set up work area, collect and weigh ingredients.


Combine ingredients for cake mixture. Place cake in
the oven. Cut up seasonings and meats. Light the stove
and cook the meats and vegetables. Remove the food
from the stove and wash soiled utensils.

8:30 – 9:00 Make Corned Beef balls and boil pasta in water. Melt
the Hershey Chocolate. Arrange kebabs on the sticks,
garnish and plate the dish. Remove cake from oven and
allow to cool. Combine corned beef balls, sauce and
pasta in a lightly oiled pan on medium heat. Garnish
and plate the dish. Wash all soiled utensils.

Cut cooled cake in squares and dip in the melted


9:00 – 9:30
chocolate, immediately dip in crushed almonds. Place
coated cake squares in the freezer. Wash all soiled
utensils.

Plate and garnish cake squares with caramel syrup.


9:30 – 10:00 Display all finished dishes by garnishing and
decorating. Clear up work area and do final washing of
soiled utensils.
