WORKFORCE OPTIMIZER SYSTEM


(WFO)
WFO is an application that you can view your roster and
plot your request.

• Ensure you have downloaded


the correct mobile app.
• Ensure you have entered the
correct URL: https://wfo.sg/WFO/api/

• If you still cannot access, please approach your SNM/NC and ask them to
login to WFO using their access.
• Ask them to select your name under the “Staff List”.
• Then select “Self-Service” tab (on the right).
• They can edit your Login ID (ADID) and also ensure “Allow Login” and “Use
Active Directory” option is ticked.

TIGERCONNECT

All staff are reminded to use TigerConnect for work related communications,
especially those involving classified information and patient information, with
each other and with staff of other public healthcare institutions.

To communicate with personnel who are not on TigerConnect, staff may wish to
send an email followed by a phone call or text to alert them.

In addition, staff are to exercise care in safeguarding patient confidentiality


while using TigerConnect and take the following measures:
• Keep your TigerConnect user ID and password private.
• Do not share your account or allow anyone to access it.
• Information received via TigerConnect should not be captured, stored or
shared. As messages are deleted automatically after 30 days, staff may
wish to capture important points of conversations with a follow-up email.

You should be able to login after you have received your ADID and Hmail.
If you are unable to login, please contact IT Helpdesk.

SINGHEALTH M-DIRECTORY

The mobile app contains official telephone numbers of SingHealth staff.


It helps you find the official telephone numbers of clinical and non-clinical staff easily
without the need to contact call centre.

This app can only be downloaded by
