NOTE:

I. For Newly Joined Employees, kindly raise the request in Genie/Sapphire under IT
Helpdesk>>Service Request category as below:

In description, mention “ID Creation for DCB PRO-TPD Tracker” and follow the process same as
for Finacle ID creation
II. For Branch Mapping Change or Role Change, write to User Access Management (UAM) team
([email protected]) with either the Transfer Approval from EVu or CSOM
Approval over email attached
III. For SOL ID mapping, kindly verify your SOL ID as below. If it is different than your current SOL ID,
write to UAM Team either with EVu snapshot reflecting correct SOL ID or with CSOM Approval.

IV. To get access to DCB PRO-TPD Tracker on your phone/tab, login IT Helpdesk Service Request on
Sapphire/Genie (https://servicedesk.dcbbank.com/SapphireIMS/LoginPage.do)
a. Enter the Subject and Description of Issue as follows:
b. Select the options as highlighted below and click Submit:

c. The IT Helpdesk team will help in the installation process on the Tab/Phone
d. Select DCBpro on the application Web@Work
Steps for Using CIDF Calculator
Select the Answer Options (A, B, C or D) from the dropdown, marked by client on Physical CIDF Form in
the designated space (marked area) in CIDF Calculator Excel file for each of the 10 Questions

Use the corresponding score for each question as well as Total Score to fill these details in physical CIDF
Form correctly
Steps for Usage of DCB Pro-TPD Tracker
Pre-requisite Steps for using DCB Pro-TPD Tracker (where customer Mobile
Number is not updated in Finacle):
 Keep the CIDF filled and scanned copy ready in Image format (jpeg, jpg, etc.) or pdf format
 While filling CIDF for Insurance Application, the Application Number field will remain blank while
for Investment Application, IHNo from E-Dost entry should be captured in the highlighted space
below:

 Only DCB Pro-TPD Tracker entries will be considered for Buddy, SP Code capture as well as Sol ID
consideration.
Journey on DCB Pro-TPD Tracker starts:
1. Visit the URL: https://dcbpro.dcbbank.com/SSO/ (Use Mozilla Firefox or Internet Explorer as
browser)
2. Login using Domain ID & Password

3. Go to TPD Data Entry as below & select from:


a. Application Creation
b. Rejected CIDF Upload
c. Employee Status
Application Creation: Non CIDF/ACR Entries (General/Health Insurance cases, Pure Risk
Coverage products)
4. Select the Company and Plan from the dropdown and click Submit. Only plans eligible basis the
Employee certification(SP/EUIN) will be shown:

Click Submit

5. Enter the following:


a. DCB Bank Customer ID
b. Buddy name, if this was a reference from another staff from the same branch, only for
Insurance cases
c. Segment Code to be selected from Retail, Emerging, AIB, Sales

Click Submit after the entry is done


6. Note the Reference Number (to be entered in Respective Insurance Partner Portal) and click OK
Application Creation: CIDF/ACR Entries (Life Insurance cases)
7. Follow steps as 4 and 5 as above.

8. Confirm the Mobile number displayed from Finacle with Customer and accordingly select YES or
NO in Is Mobile Number Correct

9. If NO is selected, select CIDF Upload Browse Tab. A window will open to select the file to be
uploaded (PDF and Image formats are allowed)
10. Fill the details of Agent Confidentiality Report as follows:
a. Select Yes or No. If answer is No, details to be provided in the next Tab
b. Option to be selected from the Drop Down. if Others is selected, details to be provided in
the next Tab

c. Enter the value in figures for Years and Months


d. Select the Option from the dropdown for the 2 fields

e. Enter the Text in the tab


f. Select the Options from the dropdown for the 2 fields
g. Select Yes or No. If Yes, enter the details in tab

h. Select the Options from the dropdown for the 2 fields


i. Mention the Comments, if any, in Other Remarks tab
11. Fill the details in figures (in Lakhs) for all the 6 fields

12. Enter the CIDF score as per the options selected by client and click Submit. For ease and
correctness, you should use the CIDF calculator in excel
13. If YES is selected in Step 9; 10 Questions of CIDF will be populated, answer all the questions for
the 4 options

14. The CIDF Score and Risk Profile will be auto selected basis the answers, select Submit

15. Approval Code will be sent to the above Registered Mobile Number of Customer, click OK
16. Enter the 4-digit Approval Code and click APPROVE; customer will get the text on his mobile
where he will confirm that he has completed Risk Profile and the Bitly will have the Disclaimer
and Terms & Conditions.
SMS Text will be as follows:
XXXX is your approval code. By sharing this code, you confirm completing the Risk Profile
Questionnaire; knowing your Risk Profile; having read & fully agreeing with the Terms &
Conditions for investment/insurance products referred by DCB Bank. T&C bitly

17. Note the Reference Number (to be entered in Respective Insurance Partner Portal) and click OK
Application Creation: CIDF Entries Only (Investment cases)
18. Follow the above steps as in Life Insurance cases except steps 10 and 11 pertaining to ACR
19. Note the Reference Number (to be entered in Respective Insurance Partner Portal) and click OK
Employee Status:
Select the name of Certified Employee who has done the Entry, Select the date range and click Submit

The entries done within the date range will appear as follows:

This can be used to know the CIDF Status, Ref No to be entered in Insurance Partner Portal and the
Remarks given by CIDF Approver. For cases where mobile number is correct and CIDF is done ONLINE, it
will reflect as Approved by CODE.
Rejected CIDF Upload:
In case the approver rejects the attached CIDF, email will be received from ID [email protected] as
below:

The case will appear in the dropdown under AOF Number. You can select Download to view the rejected
CIDF for verification at your end

Select the new CIDF file to be uploaded by clicking on Browse and then click Upload
