QA issue 288 : Fixed

"
Busy in Meeting status not changed to online in the following scenario.

1. User A Call to User B and user B attend the call.


2. User A select user B DC and send 1 message.
3. User B select user A contact under chats,calls and send reply to that message.
4. Now User A select user B`s calling tab and end the call.
5. In User B side, You can notice call ended but Busy in meeting still appears.
6. After signout and signin only able to change the status."

QA issue 289 : Fixed

"Call Ringing is not hearing after 2 or 3 ringing sound but Calling tab appears in
the following scenario.

1. User A and user B login to clariti.


2. User A call to User B and User B didn`t attend the call.
call is ended after 20 seconds.
3. Again User A call to user B.
4. You can notice Both side, ringing sound in not hearing after 2 or 3 ringing
sound but Calling tab appears."

"Regression:

Console error(Maximum call stack size exceeded) appear in the following scenario.

1. User A call to User B and User A cancel the call.


2. User A send 1 message in User B DC tab.
3. User A Do signout and signin.
4. CLick User B DC contact and click click here to view older messages. Press F12.
5. You can notice the console error."

Outgoing Call & Incoming call status is not shown in Context pane for the following
scenario:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. User A send an offline DC message to User B.
2. Then User B comes online and select User A DC tab with Green icon.
3. Now User A click on Call icon in User B DC tab.
4. Outgoing Call (User A) & Incoming call (User B) status is not shown in Context
pane.

QA 268 - FIXED

"#Enhancement Issue

Selection is shown in two tabs under Chats, Calls for the following scenario:

Steps to Reproduce:
1.User A send a DC message to User B.
2.In User B side, DC tab is formed with Green icon. Don't click it.
3.User A call User B, Call is received in User B side in Context pane under DC tab.
4. Now User B click on DC tab and click on incoming call tab. At that time
Selection is shown in both. After the call is ended DC tab is shown in selection
but view is shown in Home tab. If we again click on above DC tab it is not
responding. After sign out and sign in only it will work properly.

QA 281 - Fixed

"Enhancement:
CASE 1:
Old Scollbar appear in DC tab in the following scenario.

1. User A and user B are contacts but dont have any communications.
2. User A call to User B and cancell the call.
3. User A send 1 message and User B view the DC message.
4. User B do signout and signin.
5. Click User A dc contact. Then change the focus to other tab and agin select dc
tab.
6. You can notice old scrollbar appears in DC tab. Hover on Current session area it
disapepars.
CASE 2:
Oldscroll bar appear and Commitems are not loaded in top section in the following
scenario and Unable to change the status.

1. User A and User B login to clariti, Users having Missed call/outgoing call(no
response) in DC.
2. User A select User B DC tab.
3. You can notice old scrollbar appears and commitems are not loaded in top
section.

EXTN:

4. Click call icon in User B dc and Calling card in top of dc is not appears.
5. User B side, select User A calling tab and end the call.
6. Goto User A side, You can notice Busy in Meeting is still appears. Unable to
change status

QA 282 - NOTFIXED

"Enhancement:

Missed call/ outgoing(No response) call disappear in DC tab in the following


scenario.

1. User A and user B are contacts but dont have any communications.
2. User A call to User B and cancel the call. User A send 1 message and User B view
the DC message.
3. User B do signout and signin and Click User A DC contact.
4. Click view older messages strip and click dropdown in message and select
share&chat. IP chat will formed.
5. Now select User A dc contact. You can notice Missed call/ outgoing(No response)
call disappear in DC tab.
6. Even continue the chat and end the chat, after sometime that chat item only
updated in DC tab.

NOTE: After signout and signin, Missed call appear in DC tab under previous
messages section.

QA 283 - Fixed

"Enhancement:
User B`s DC tab is not appear under chats,calls when receive a message in the
following scenario.

1. Login to User A and User B(Both didn`t have any communications and USer B as a
fresh User).
2. User B Call to User A and cancel the call.
3. User B Do signout and signin.
4. User A send a message to User B and User B send a message to User A. Again User
B do signout and signin.
5. User A close the User B`s DC tab and User A select any item having file
attachment. CLick share icon in file and share to user B.
6. User B click User A contact under chats/calls and send a reply message.
7. In User A side, User B`s dc tab is not appear under chats,calls.
8. Do signout and signin, DC tab appear with green indicator.

EXTN case for User B:

After step 6 Change the focus to home tab, Selection focus is appear for Both tabs.
NOTE: This case is applicable for Existing users too."

QA 275 : P.Fixed (Comments: After step4, Click on Save Call note icon, Nothing is
happening.)

"Enhancement:

Save call note icon is appear even clear all text in call notes.

1. User A call to User B and User B attend the call.


2. Both are entered notes in call note and user B end the call.
3. After ended, click edit icon in call notes and clear all the text.
4. You can notice, Save call note icon is still appears.
EXTN:

5. CLick save call note icon. It look likes saved and edit icon is showing(View
mode).
6. Now click on notes area, still call notes is in edit mode.

NOTE: Change th focus and comeback, First entered call note is showing."

Comments: After step1, In call notes, Drag and drop the resize icon to the Right
end. Here, Right side boundary of the call note Hides.

Unable to resize the call notes to a smaller tab when drag and drop the resize icon
to taskbar.

1. User A call to User B. User B attend the call.


2. In call notes, Drag resize icon and drop to the taskbar.
3. You can notice resize icon hidden to the taskbar. So unable to resize to smaller
call notes tab.

QA 263 -- Fixed

"Enhancement:

Call Duration Reset to 0 while call inprogress when change the audio preference
setting.

1. User A call to User B and User B attend the call.


2. After both calls are connected, TIme duration is showing.
3. User A click show preferences and select Audio preference.
4. In speaker, Change the other option in list and click save.
5. Goto USer B side, You can notice Call Duration reset to 0 and started from that.
6. Vice versa also Issue appears.

NOTE: After end the call, ended tab also Duration time mismatched. IN DC tab,
Duration time is showing properly."
