UK WHOLESALE/TRADE FAULTY PARTS ONLY WARRANTY

Warranty Period & Conditions

You have purchased a product on discounted Wholesale/Trade terms and it is presumed that you have some
mechanical knowledge for servicing and maintenance purposes. If not, you should be prepared to adopt the
services of a competent person to perform this on your behalf. Failure to do so will void the warranty below.

Warranty period of 6 months is granted to the original purchaser only.

The warranty period commences from the date of invoice to the original purchaser and is subject to the
following terms:

Warranty Coverage

Westbank Restorations Limited (“Westbank”) will replace/repair/have repaired (at its option), without charge,
the defective parts only; i.e. any part of a product covered by this warranty which is found to be defective in
material or workmanship during the applicable warranty period, provided:

The faulty part is returned to Westbank or an ‘in-situ’ photograph emailed (at Westbank’s discretion) for
replacement/repair along with a copy of the service history, customer details, identifying product number and
evidence of date purchased

Warranty Exclusions

This Wholesale/Trade faulty parts only Warranty does not cover the following:

Any product which has not been operated or serviced strictly in accordance with the instruction manual.

Any parts affected, damaged, or depreciated by misuse, abuse, improper maintenance, neglect, use of
unsuitable attachments or parts which are not genuine, ordinary wear, rust or corrosion, inadequate
transportation, accident, or service by an unauthorised facility

Consumable parts (such as filters, belts, recoil & spring, gaskets, packing, fuses, brushes, fuel injection
nozzle valves, lubricant, protective zinc coating, thermostats, and spark plugs), Automatic Voltage Regulators
and capacitors.

A defect caused by any modification made by or at the request of the purchaser.

Transportation fees (including to and from the Service place designated by Westbank)

The costs of any Labour undertaken during the Warranty process or otherwise.

Engines fitted to or used in applications other than plant or construction/mechanical (e.g. Go-Kart, Buggy,
Train, Plane, Motorcycle, Boat or any other similar non-plant applications)
Goods purchased for the purpose of being hired to others.

Procedure for Making a Warranty Claim

For any defect covered under this Warranty, please contact Westbank within the first thirty (30) days after
the defect is discovered

Exclusion Statement

We hereby state that all other obligations or liabilities, including special or consequential damages or
contingent liabilities arising out of any product which fails to operate properly, are hereby excluded except to
the extent of the warranty above
