1. General Information
General Information covers the overview of the products and organization of the workbook.
1.1 Overview
MRT5-1 Duino is intended to enhance the knowledge of students who already finished
up the MRT3 levels. The enhancements are in the aspects of new sensors being used,
aluminium frames and learn the new programming environment MRTScratch.
MRTScratch is a Scratch base programming environment which has all the necessary
MRT sensors block ready to be used.

1.2 Organization of the Workbook

The workbook consists of 33 Lessons. The lessons are grouped based on type of sensor.
The contents included introduction, application and functions of sensors. Students are
able to make different structure with the sensors and program it into different
behaviours of functionalities. Program example are provided for each model. Some
lessons included mission to be completed by the students.
2. Getting started
Getting started covered the areas of hardware part list identification and software used
which is MRTScratch.
2.1 Unbox

Take all the parts out from the box and do a part list check. Make sure the parts are fully
comply with the list given.
