(Sample answer: Hi! Good morning, my name is Joseph Grospe from Concepcion
Tarlac. I am outgoing and reliable professional with years of experience in customer
care, sales job, Airfreight supply chain, and commercial airline operations. In my
years of experience in the airline industry both passenger and cargo I acquired skills
in getting along w/ difficult people and undergone number of training on how to
materialize sales w/c I believe a quality that is fitted for the job ( This is a brief
example, you need to answer this question no less than 5mins, you need to prolonged
and add relevant content, since you don’t have job experience yet you can mention
some of your significant school achievement to help you standout.)
2. How do you see yourself within the next 10 years on our company?
Tip: You need to be enthusiastic on answering this question and portray long term
vision w/ the company(kahit pang short term lang :-D) or else you will sound taking
the job for granted.
(Sample Answer: I love dealing with people, I believe this job offer as a customer
service representative will make me practise my passion in serving people, doing your
dream job is the best career ever and I’m seeing myself sitting on you executive seat
until my retirement.)
3. (Question relevant to job setting: What if you received a irate call and
unsatisfied customer complaining about defective product, how will you handle
the call? Say about a defective keyboard.
Customer: I’ve been calling you multiple times to refund and return this useless
f*cking keyboard of yours and I can’t get a hold to anyone.
You must be emphatic and attentive and answer the question with confidence.
You: I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience sir about the product but can you
tell me something about the exact problem? (Suggest some troubleshooting technique)
Like: Can you try unplugging and plugged and see if the problem still persist?
After suggesting some counter measure and the issue is resolved politely asked if
there is anything else and kindly close the call.

F. Offer further assistance

4. What can you contribute to our company?
Tip: Stick on the idea of “contributing something” and don’t confuse yourself talking
about you personal character.
( Sample question: During my stay in AMA college we are exposed in a virtual and
technology driven learning w/c made me a savvy tech user w/c I believed a very
useful human asset on your good company as you require a computer literate worker,
second, I strongly believe that any business entity needs a natural and good leader…
Confidently saying, a trait that I possess, I’ve been practicing good leadership for a
long time as I am a active church youth leader. Guiding and people management is
my passion and I can contribute much more if you will give me an opportunity to do
so.
(Sample question: In a call center setup I expect a lot of people on the floor to deal
with, friendly working environment and of course to be honest a competitive salary
and good benefits, also a shifting and graveyard schedule which is ok as I am night
owl, lastly job wise I know there are some irate call sometimes which is very good for
entry level like myself, an opportunity for new learning platform.
