are built to meet the demanding needs of the process control industry. They have been specifically
engineered to provide a superior lifecycle experience in the areas of commissioning, operations,
troubleshooting, upgrades and maintenance.
The following are some key characteristics of Honeywell supplied computer platforms:
• Standardized and performance tested configuration to eliminate compatibility issues
• Quick and seamless installation experience using Honeywell initialization media
• Backup and restore to like or unlike computer platforms using Experion Backup and
Restore
• Global support and availability from Honeywell

1. MZ-PCWS93 has a single port onboard NIC. NE-NICS04 needs to be considered for dual LAN/FTE
requirement.
2. MZ-PCWS93 is not supported in Honeywell Classic Console furniture.

to allow users to purchase similar computers directly from hardware vendors. The Experion PKS system is supported
only on the specific computer platforms sold from our price book. Additionally, all Honeywell provided setup and
configuration settings must be applied to the platform in order for it to work properly with Experion PKS software.
Experion PKS is not supported on any other platforms unless specifically noted otherwise. Any use of non-supported
computer platforms will affect our ability to provide technical support and may incur additional costs.
