 Company has various plant like ETP, MEE, solvent recovery plant 1,2,3
etc.

 There are total 7 units, which produces different types of chemicals in

batch type reactors.

 And also learn about the raw materials required for making chemicals.

 In solvent recovery plant, the process of batch distillation we learn.

 Studying and understanding of different P&ID diagrams of

solvent recovery plant 1,2 &3.
 Knowing about different instruments & process controls like
pressure gauges, centrifugal pumps, indicators, alarms and their
working in the process.
 Equipments like Reactors, reflux tanks, receiver tanks, mixing,
flocculation, agitation, Filters, and their working and importance in
the process.
 Utilities required in the respective processes.

the quality of it.

 In unit-1 the different types of dryer are placed.

 Learned construction and working of CF, ANFD, sparkle filter, VTD

etc.
 We visited boiler section, where we saw how they produce steam.

 We saw that Boiler plant is also has its alternate plant and it is use
when main plant is in maintainance.

 We learnes various parts of reactor like inlet outlet pipes, jacket, types
of valve, agitators etc.

 Generally, In whole company we saw two types of reactor,

1. SSR
2. GLR

 We saw equipment those are common in all the SRP are Batch
reactor, Distillation column, centrifugal pump, condenser, butterfly
valve.

 We visited MEE and ETP plants where the waste water treatment are
carried out.

 Gained knowledge about waste water treatment plant

 Also learned about different types of GLR and SSR.

 In this week, we saw whole utility plant.

 In this plant we learned about Ion-exchanger.

 Learned how solvent are used in the utility plant.

 In unit 2, it is divided in the two area first is the chemical area in

chemical area intermediate of the product is being produce and second is
pharma-area in pharma area whole API is produced in the form of
powder.

 Unit-2 is producing bulk active pharmaceutical ingredient(API).In unit

2, there are four types of product is being produce

 We learned about overview and Introduction of HCQ Sulfate.

 Learned about various RO water treatment through ion exchanger using

various solvents.
 Also learned about pharma area in which whole API is produced in the
form of powder.
