PAS-SIKAT CHRISTMAS FESTIVAL 2021 ACTIVITY
DESIGN

TITLE : PAS–SIKAT a celebration reflecting popular Filipino values and traditions


in
Celebrating Christmas.

THEME : “Paskong Pinoy; Fostering Filipino Values and Strong Family Ties
Amidst Covid -19 Pandemic”

RATIONALE : Pursuant to DepEd order #44 s. 2015, that encourages the active
participation of the community to various ventures and activities of the
school that provides experience and education among students that are
beyond classroom instruction; supports the annual School and
Community joint Celebration of Christmas also known as PAS-SIKAT 2021
that envisions to provide relevant activities that includes the students,
parents and the community.

This also aims to foster, pride and promote positive involvement of


students, faculty and the community as well as to enhance excellence
and development of value formation among the members of the
community.

OBJECTIVES : This activity aims to:


1. develop human imagination and creativity through designed relevant
activities;
2. develop human value for benevolence among the members of the
community;
3. improve and develop participation among students, faculty,
stakeholders and the community; and,
4. encourage community involvement through activities and programs
that fosters family values and ties.

DATE : December 9 & 17, 2021


VENUE : Malaya National High School Gym / various selected communities

ACTIVITIES :

A. Students

1. Virtual Dance Contest – per year level


2. Parol Making Contest – to be displayed in different chosen households

B. Parents, Stakeholders, NGO’s & BLGU

1. Food for a Cause – an innovation cooking/preparing contest of food which will


cater for the mobile canteen for students at work with their modules and online
classes.
2. Online Raffle – a raffle draws which will serve as fund raiser for the selected
recipients of the “pamaskong Handog” activity.

B. Community
1. Mobile Legend Tournament – an online game open to all interested parties that
will require entry fees and donations for the entire “Pas-Sikat 2021”
2. Online Bingo Social

GUIDELINES

1. Items to be sold online shall be pre-loved clothes, bags or shoes of Malaya


National High School Faculty and Staff
2. All items shall be sold in a very affordable price.
3. All proceeds of the items shall be given to the Pamaskong Handog ng Malaya
National High School on December 16, 2021
4. Miners of the items shall be catered on a ‘First-mine-first-serve’ basis
5. Sold items shall be claimed at Malaya National High School. Please see

6. Cancellation is strictly not allowed.
7. Payment may be through COP (Cash on Pick Up) or via Gcash 0910-328-

GUIDELINES

1. All slots shall be limited to numbers 1-1000


2. All teachers shall be awarded 20 slots each
3. Remaining slots shall be sold to the public amounting to P10.00/slot
4. No Return. No Exchange Policy shall be strictly observed.
5. Raffle draws shall be on December 16, 2021 1:00pm-4:30pm
6. Prizes
1st – 1 box of apple
2nd – 1 crate of grapes
3rd – 1 box of ponkan
2 consolation - size 20, family size baked macaroni
7. All winners shall claim their prizes on December 23, 2021 at 1:00pm

GUIDELINES

A. TOURNAMENT STRUCTURE

1. The Mobile Legend Tournament is open to all Mobile Legend enthusiasts


2. Play-offs shall be Double Elimination (Best of 1 Series)
3. Quarter finals shall be played through single elimination
4. Semi-final shall be played through Best of 3 series
5. Finals shall be played through Best of 5 series
6. Every student-participant shall be given plus points to any math, science,
TLE, and MAPEH related subjects

B. PLAYER REQUIREMENT
1. Player can only join one team only.
2. Request of change name is allowed.
3. Player must be available during tournament days

C. GENERAL CONDUCT
1. Trash talking is prohibited.
2. Organizer has the right to apply penalties, disqualifications and dismiss of
any registered player

D. REGISTRATION
1. The registration fee per team is P300.00 to be paid through Gcash 0951-307-
4849 or cash-to-cash basis. Please contact John Ian Rae P. Esteban thru
messenger.
2. The proceeds of this activity shall be be given to the Pamaskong Handog ng
Malaya National High School on December 16, 2021
