was taking 6 to 10 hours to complete. Identified the problem, suggested a change
in the transmission protocol to the vendor, the problem was solved in 3 days an
d the application executed in less than 20 minutes.
Built a team to develop a critical government application. Successfully designe
d, integrated and delivered in time (6 months) a Voting control system based on
IBM RS6000, ORACLE and Polaroid Technologies.
Provided a Telecommunications solution to a customer which increased overall ba
ndwidth capacity 10 times (from 16 T1s to a fully redundant OC3), reducing custo
mer expense in data communications for more than $ 200K a year.
Started a hardware manufacturing company within 5 years generated sales to $ 10
M.
Founded a software developer of Document Imaging solutions reaching sales of $
2.5 M in the second year.
Transitioned a strictly software house to become a hardware manufacturer. Ident
