on proprietary technology, plants and equipment for waste recycling and recovery with energy production,
material recovery or production of finished goods.

Shredder
Shredder with loading hoppers, equipped with high quality cutters with
low rotation speed for a lower
energy consumption and noise
reduction. It incorporates two
counter-rotating shafts that
intermesh with each other(2
shafts with sharp elements
constituted by sharp-corners
disks provided with hooks);
Every hook has the task to
hook the product and drive-it
by the action of the two counter-rotating shafts). The material is
powerfully torn and shredded by the talons of the cuttings discs. Specially designed rotor makes the shredder
be extremely wear resistant.

Waste Material Balers

Hydraulic Waste Material Balers, ranges from 40 tons to 120 tons pressure force, has a processing power of
up to 10 tons per hour. It is perfect for recycling shed handling large daily amount of soft waste such as
cardboard, paper, plastic film, natural fiber, packing materials, etc. It combines advanced computer
controlled operations with reliable hydraulics and seamless heavy duty frame construction.

Application:
Applicable for baling & belting of loose materials like scrap paper (cardboard, newspaper), plastic
scraps(PET bottle, plastic film or crates) & straw, hay, etc.

Sorting Line
Our sorting plants are designed to optimize waste
processing, in all its forms: sorting and recovery of
recyclable materials (paper, cardboard, plastic,
aluminium, ferrous and non-ferrous materials), sorting
of municipal solid waste, industrial waste. Hengyang
sorting plants allow recyclable materials – that would be
otherwise sent to waste-to-energy plants or landfills – to
be separated in an economical and efficient manner.
This makes it possible to optimize the space occupied in
landfills, extending their lifetime by over 30%. All
plants can be customized according to the demands of each
individual customer and are of a modular type, in order to
reproduce the plant in scale. In this way it will be
easier and faster to cope with increasing quantities of
waste collected. They can be modified to accommodate and
manage higher workloads and on request can be
equipped with:
