For the program of the webinar, the team had a hard time brainstorming on what
topic to tackle. The team think of Programming and Networking to be the topics of choice.
Mr. Allen Eduard Uy then obtrude himself to be the resource speaker, and chose
Networking since he is somehow knowledgeable on that field. He then decided to tackle
“Setting up SOHO Network using Cisco Packet Tracer” to share what he had
experienced when he took the TESDA NCII Certification for Computer Systems Servicing.
The learning objectives of this webinar are as follows:
For the budget, we did not set any because the resource speaker is one of the team
members. For the venue, since during the time this webinar is conducted, the world is still
coping with the pandemic. The team decided to conduct it via Google Meet and will also
be livestreamed on Facebook. For the registration and evaluation forms, the team created
it via Google Forms. Below are the screenshots of the other pre-event activities the team

C. POST-EVENT ACTIVITIES
As the team waits for the approval of the Dean of College of Computer Studies to
conduct this webinar, the team already created both the registration and evaluation forms
in Google Forms beforehand. The team agreed that they will conduct the webinar via
Google Meet and will be streamed live on Facebook. When the day the team received the
approval, they then started the preparation by creating the poster for the dissemination
of the webinar event through Facebook post together with the link of the registration
form. The team also created the e-Certificates to be given to those participants who will
tune in to the webinar until the end. As the day of the registration came to an end, a total
of 33 participants registered for the said webinar.
One day before the webinar day, a confirmation email was sent to the participants
together with the event programme, Google Meet link, and a few reminders. On the same
day, the team also conducted a dry run in preparation for the webinar.

During the day of the webinar, the team started to accept the participants on the
Google Meet room 15-20 minutes before the start. Before the team proceeded to the
webinar proper, they started the program with a prayer, introduced the resource speaker
(Mr. Allen Eduard Uy), and then the resource speaker started to discuss the topic and
proceeded to the demonstration afterwards. As the resource speaker ended his talk, one
member of the team provided the link of the evaluation form on the chat box for the
participants’ feedback on the organized webinar.
After the webinar, the team created a Gmail account named after the team name
and used it on sending a thank you email to the participants together with the e-
Certificates.
After the webinar proper, one member of the team provided the link of the
evaluation form on the chat box of the Google Meet room for the participants’ feedback
on the organized webinar. As all of the participants already responded to the evaluation
form we sent, here is the summary:

Table 3: Summary of Evaluation Forms (Question #2)
The team just summarized all the topics suggested by the participants. Majority
of the participants wants to have a webinar still connected to Networking.
The team realized that hosting and organizing a webinar is not as easy as everyone
thought. From planning up to the day when the webinar came, it was not easy. Conducting
and organizing a webinar really needs a lot of time to prepare or plan to make it happen.
You need to plan it ahead of time for it to be smooth and at least free from technical
difficulties.
