Cooling adapter
Applications
To minimise the cooling time, aluminium bodies are
used that enclose the hot clamping area with a
precise fit and then quickly dissipate the heat to the
outside via the cooling ribs. The chuck reaches a
temperature at which it can be handled again after
only 60 seconds.

Design For removing broken tool shanks from shrink-fit 21595
Basic mount with union nut, hexagon key, adjustable chucks. Adjust the length of the pressure pin,
pressure pin. position the device on the shrink-fit device and
remove the tool whilst heating using the eccentric
turning handle and pressure pin.
