Security Expert Security Purpose Output Expansion

The Security Expert Security Purpose Output Expansion

provides the control of 8 high current Form C relay outputs.
It provides extensive hardware advancements that provide
flexible access control, area control and alarm monitoring.
This device is designed for use with industry standard DIN
Rail mounting.

Feature Highlights Connectivity and System Expansion

 8 Form C relays capable of switching resistive loads up to 7 Expanding the Security Expert System with outputs from the
Amps Output Expansion allows convenient, cost effective expansion and
added benefit of:
 Ideal for connection in an electrical switch room to control
signage, lighting and building automation  8 multi-function outputs for use in any programmable output
entry
 LED indicators to show state of all onboard relays
 Ideal for connection in an electrical switch room to control
 High performance 32 Bit processor signage, lighting and building automation
 Address configuration of the Output Expansion is achieved
 Secure encrypted RS-485 module communications
using the address programming feature of the Security Expert
 Online and remote upgradable firmware System Controller
 Outputs can be configured to automatically turn on when
 Designed for use with industry standard DIN Rail mounting
powered up, communication failure, or to resume previous
state
Power Supply
Device power is supplied from a 12VDC input. Ultra low current Communication
requirements ensure cost effective power distribution.
Single RS-485 communication interface port used for all network
communication functions and interconnection to other modules.

Upgradable Firmware
Utilizing the latest flash technology and high performance
communication mediums, the firmware can be updated using the
Loadit utility over the system module network.
