- Check everything in Mercury/Salestrekker
• Check all documents uploaded
• Check all information are correct
• Check living expenses
5. Submit Application (Lodged)
- Send email to client
6. Order Valuation
- Order Valuation in Core Logic
- Send email to client
• If valuations received, send email to client
7. Pre approval
- Send email to client
- Follow up with lender of the status of the file
8. Conditional Approval
- Send email to client, inform the conditions
- Make sure everything that is needed for unconditional approval is provided to the bank
9. Unconditional Approval
- Send email to client
- Send ALI Insurance quote (for full and half amount)
10. Settlement
- Send out Congrats email
- Send out Approval Letter
- Send out Offer Letter
11. Post Settlement
- Follow up with client if everything is doing well (remind Referrer or Maree)
- Follow up every after 1 month, 6 months, 12 months
