AAC/ // Home lost in East Troublesome Fire. Agent initiated policy changes in letter dated 12-9-2019.
CONSUMER DETAIL OF COMPLAINT
Our parents lost their home in the East Troublesome fire. Working with the insurance company we come to find they had two declaration policies listed. Travelers Insurance cannot explain why. We have
reached out to the agent but he will not respond to the questions asked. Our parents were never notified of the change verbally and to why the change. We would like to have the answers to be able to settle
and move on. Can you please look into the situation and let us know?

insureds regarding the amount that will be paid.
While the situation continues to evolve, it appears reasonable that there could be a resolution
