NTC will be a hallmark of high-quality education in Southern Mindanao.

PROGRAM INTENDED LEARNING OUTCOMES (PILOs)

Graduates of the Associate of Computing Technology Program must have the ability to:
a. Apply knowledge of computing fundamentals, knowledge of a computing specialization, and mathematics, science, and
domain knowledge appropriate for the computing specialization to defined and applied computing procedures, processes,
systems, or methodologies.
b. Identify, formulate, research literature, and solve broadly-defined computing problems reaching substantiated
conclusions using analytical tools appropriate to the discipline or area of specialization.
c. Design solutions for broadly-defined computing technology problems and contribute to the design of systems,
components, or processes to meet specified needs with appropriate consideration for public health and safety, cultural,
societal, and environmental considerations.
d. Select and apply appropriate techniques, resources, and modern computing tools to broadly-defined computing activities,
with an understanding of the limitations.
e. Function effectively as an individual and as a member or leader in diverse technical teams.
f. Communicate effectively with the computing community and with society at large about broadly-defined computing
activities by being able to comprehend and write effective reports, design documentation, make effective presentations,
and give and understand clear instructions.
g. Understand and assess societal, health, safety, legal, and cultural issues within local and global contexts, and the
consequential responsibilities relevant to computing technologist practice.
h. Understand and commit to professional ethics, responsibilities, and norms of computing technologist practice.

This course is the study of the life, works, and writings of Jose Rizal, the National Hero and the
Course Description Martyr. This course underscores the triumphs and failures of Jose Rizal. It traces the hero's concept
of education, good government and nationalism as embodied in his writings.
Learning Outcomes (LO) By the end of the course, students should be able to:
LO1 – Appreciate and understand the life of Dr. Jose Rizal.
LO2 – To understand the heroism of Rizal trace the development of the concept of education, good
government and nationalism as contained in the different writings of Rizal.

LO3 – To unveil some controversial and untold stories about Jose Rizal.
LO4 - To realize the significance of Rizal's ideas in the present time
Major Course Outputs:
As evidence of attaining the above learning outcomes, students are required to do and submit the following during the indicated
dates of the term. The rubrics for these outputs are provided.
