Check with OE for testing and approval of stockpiles.

Segregation is minimized during placement of subbase material (304-3.02).

Subbase is placed in maximum layers of 15 inches and minimum layers of 6 inches (304-3.02).
Subbase is compacted as per section 203-3.12 Compaction (304-3.03).
Subbase course does not extend above or below true grade by more than 1/4"(304-3.05).
