2.1: Sales functionality

1. Marketing channels:
Demand create, sales man collect the order by visiting shops.
2. Marketing strategy:
Prices should be decreased and quality should be better.
Problem maintenance also.

3. Sales promotion activity:


In which something do, to promote the product like competition of painting
previous days.

4. Order processing:
Party order, check the stock in market
.
5. Sales Invoice:
Issue order, if party orders something
.
6. Feedback:
Product better, give response, problem maintain, party give feedback

2.2: Accounts functionality

1. Task:
In which task should be given, according to given task work should be done.

2. Purchase:
In which product is purchase, and make the stock.

3. Inventory:
One time product is purchase, now the stock is present and when party gives order
then product is made...

4. Payroll:
Records the information of each worker, increased the salary per year.

5. Sales:
All the sales should be record.

6. Expenses record:
All the above functionality integrated in it, and records the whole expenses to deliver a
product.

3- Optional function:
1. Record the factory expenses.
2. Record the whole information of customer.
3. If same name person come then giving the specific code of each person.
4. Record the revenue and capital expenses...
