• Maintain database using industry specific software to generate reports that

• Coordinate daily operations and handle office tasks, including
correspondence, file management, and database administration.
• Organize and review current policy and procedures manual and identify
missing areas through research of other non-profit organizations.
• Collaborate with executive producer's team on administrative duties, expense
reporting, meeting minutes and PowerPoint presentations.
• Foster communication between school and community by participating in
PTSA, extracurricular activities, and facilitating contact with parents.
• Experience with the business ethics and relations procedures and work with
several civil engineers in various administrative and engineering tasks.
• Highlight the history of the facility and offer summations and impressions of
the internship experience during a culminating in-class PowerPoint
presentation.
• Work with NCAA compliance software and athlete eligibility.
• Serve as database administrator for SQL server 2000/Web server (IIS).
• Process bank feeds/invoices and reconcile corporate credit cards in
QuickBooks with no prior training.
• Operate daily in QuickBooks creating and sending invoices, purchase orders,
and processing payments for both commercial and residential.
• Maintain accurate academic records and organization of vital mandatory
NCAA documents.
• Subject matter expert for correspondence policy in accordance with DoD
regulations.
• Devise new programs within the center for increase awareness of diversity
within the university.
• Coordinate partnership with university student clubs, organizations and
government on new initiatives & diversity programming.
• Present solid internet research abilities and strong communication skills.
