Communication skills Good communication skills gained through my experience :

- I had been a speaker for University Expo in various high schools in my hometown, i gave information
about my university and encouraged them to work hard and achieve their dreams.
- From teaching elementary back in 2017, i learnt how to explain things in easy way to make them
understand. I also learnt how to interact and get close with kids.
- Being a part of dance community makes me learn how to speak in a team that contains many
people with different personalities.

Organisational / managerial skills - Good leadership skills gained from being a leader of Publication division on art festival of my high
school in 2015. This made me learnt how to lead a group consisting of 6 people and work together to

Marketing Department in Faculty of Management at University Technology Malaysia (UTM)

is the best place for me to pursue my dream to become a successful entrepreneur. I am a hard
working person that make me have a lot of desire to get what I want. Since I was a kid, I always
interested in business especially fashion. That is why I choose management major in my study so
that I will gain more knowledge about what I like to do for my future job.

The reason why I choose University Technology Malaysia as my exchange program through
SHARE Scholarship is because University Technology Malaysia has Faculty of Management
(Marketing) that will make me gain a lot of knowledge about marketing and management. Therefore
for my next semester I want to take an exchange to University Technology Malaysia. For majors, I
have plans to take :

Management Department Faculty of Economics and Management Bogor Agricultural University and
Marketing Department Faculty of Management University Technology Malaysia (UTM). The
knowledge that I get will also help me to further develop my country, Indonesia.
