Our Company has known in Filipino Market for producing high quality snacks that suitable
for Filipino taste.In recent month,the company has further diversified to include one of its major
and most popular brands;Sabalicious were launched as delicious snack that also serve the
nutritional requirements of todays’s consumers at very affordable prices.

MESSAGE
Description of the Product
Our Sabalicious banana chips are made from Philippine banana of the Saba variety. The
banana chips are picked in their mature green stage, peeled, washed, sliced and fried in fresh
refined vegetable oil.Sabalicious Corporation established its first banana chips plant in the year
2019.With the use of fresh ingredients such as unripe banana,vegetable oil,sugar and so on,Our
crispy ready-to-eat snack was successfully made.

The fact that Philippines is known for major producer of bananas. Aside from the Cavendish
banana for export, it also produces other varieties of bananas and plantains such as the Lakatan
and the Saba/ Cardaba varieties that’s why We,Filipino’s also known for making banana
delicacies and one of it is the all time favorite banana chips.

In order to determine the projected size of the target population, there are a number of
measures to take.We found out Caloocan is the fourth largest city in the Philippines, according to
our research gathered from Philippine Statistics Authority, which makes it accessible for the
company because our target clients have a wide range of features.
Per PhilAtlas, Barangay 175 has 71,726 residents (4.32% of total population of
Caloocan); Barangay 176 has residents 261,729 (15.75 % of total population of Caloocan);
Barangay 177 has 84,159. residents ( 5.06% of the total population of Caloocan.)
Given that the age range for our target customers is from 8 years old to 60 years old, we have
collected data from Philippine Statistics Authority to evaluate the total number of 8– 60 years
old residents from the said barangays (175, 176,177,)

Given that these barangays contain areas that are not fully explored and monitored by our
company for delivery purposes, 1% or 0.01(Measurement estimation for areas that are covered
by our company) is then multiplied to the summation of barangay population.North Caloocan is
one of large cities in the Philippines and so it will take time and exposure until Sabalicious is
available to all areas in the said barangay.

attractive and relaxing once people explore it.

In addition,aside from the physical aspects of Sabalicious Company, we also promote our
business on social medias. According to Bill Gates,Founder of Microsoft “ If your business is
not on the internet ,then your business will be out of business.” The internet has changed
everything for businesses – especially small businesses. The ubiquity of internet-connected
devices has completely revolutionized the way that consumers interact with businesses – for the
better. It’s now easier than ever to market your website,connect with consumers, and increase
your profits.
We were able to spread the word about Sabalicious to many places in several barangays thanks
to our marketing team. Our company's visibility is also influenced by a variety of elements,
including social community (friends, family). To reach more clients based on their interests and
more, we post multiple posters on various social media platforms.

that affects our costs on other variables like the gas used for transportation but worry not,

required to pay us depends on how far their location is because It affects our costs on other

Production System
The delivery of market items is done via delivery methods and procedures. Customers
may have the option of meeting up if they have the time, or having their orders delivered to their
homes for a less stressful experience.

Process
Customers can first contact us through our social media sites. A member of the
designated staff monitors each of these accounts on a regular basis. When a customer expresses
an interest, they will fill out a form with information such as their address and phone number.
Customers may rest certain that their information will not be shared and will remain private.
Once the form is completed, the product will be manufactured (if no stock is available) or
packaged (if stock is available). The item will subsequently be delivered to the customer's
residence. If an inconvenience occurs (e.g., inclement weather, loss of location awareness), the
customer will be requested to turn on their GPS so that they can be safely located.

Delivery System
As previously stated, deliveries are accomplished by completing the delivery form. The
delivery fee depends on how far the location is.

Process
The process of making or packaging the product begins once the consumer has submitted
the delivery form and is not allowed to cancel it. The operations management is responsible for
delivering the merchandise to our customers' houses, while the other staff admins will keep an
eye on the issue to avoid any difficulties. Customers may instead turn on their GPS to allow our
riders to follow the map, which is actually much more convenient. Once our team arrives at the
location, they will locate the customer using the information provided, and if they are not
present, they will use the second number provided to locate someone to receive. Customers have
the option of paying using GCash or Cash on Delivery.

The initial capital of Sabalicious Company for the business is Php 90, 000. There are a
total of 6 staff personnel as of now and each of them shall share an amount of Php 1 5,000 to
build the foundation of this business.

Computation about the monthly revenue is calculated by multiplying daily


revenues by 30 days (1month). The daily revenue is 1,500 to get the monthly
projected revenue it multiplied by 30 days
Projected monthly revenue = projected daily revenue x 30days
Projected monthly revenue = 1,500 x 30

On the other hand, the projected yearly revenue is computed by multiplying the
monthly revenue by 12 months. The calculation for projected yearly revenue is as

Company Net Profit, Sales and Revenue Goals

This is a graphical illustration of Sabalicious Company's sales, net profit, and


revenue goals for the years 2021 to 2022, as seen in the graph above. Over the course of a year,
revenues will climb by 5%. (5 percent -10 percent ). The net profit margin will rise to 5%. (8
percent -13 percent ). The revenue will grow by 5%. (10 percent -15 percent ). Due to the short-
term goals that the company's employees have fulfilled, Sabalicious  will see a significant
increase from 2022 to 2023. Please see the chart below for more information.
Interpretation: Sales, net profit, and revenue are gradually increasing in a little number,
indicating that the company is in excellent hands and is progressively improving.

Impact
The impact of these short-term goals, as stated before, will undoubtedly aid Sabalicious
Company's improvement. Short-term goals are critical, especially when starting a new company.
Employees and staff will be unaware of what they should do and what elements they should
consider if the company is to expand if short-term goals are not set. The company's short-term
goals will generate revenue, allowing staff to work more efficiently, and the company will have
the finances to expand brand awareness through commercials, using excess funds set aside for
promotions and hiring new personnel. Adding more items gives clients more options for what
they want to try based on their preferences.

The impact of these long-term goals stated earlier will surely help the improvement of
Sabalicious Company. Long term goals are important especially when having enough experience
to run the company for about 1 to 2 years. Long term goals will affect all the components of
company. Because of this, staffs will have a motivation to the goal that they want to achieve in
the future, marking their names on it. The long-term success of the company heavily depends on
the total income, making it one of the goals every company wants to increase. Expanding
facilities and employing more staffs will help in managing the company as well as opening other
branches nationwide will open opportunities not only to the company staffs but also to the people
who are looking for job. Lastly, exposure portrays a huge part on making the company known
nationwide and worldwide.
