The document provides details about the organization and equipment of Soviet light tank battalions during World War 2, including the types of tanks, support units, and special rules used.

The document mentions that the bulk of the Soviet tank forces were composed of light BT and T-26 tanks, which were armed with a 45mm gun and varied in speed and armor.

The document describes Soviet infantry units undertaking 'wave attacks' in which destroyed infantry companies could be replaced by new companies arriving as reinforcements if they rolled high enough on a die.

up of light BT and T-26 tanks. Though lightly armoured
they are armed with the excellent 45mm gun. The BT fast
tanks in particular have good speed that can be utilised by
brave patriots to out manoeuvre the enemy and get behind
hit flank to take advantage of their week rear armour.
The T-26 is slower, but better armoured. These tanks can
concentrate formidable firepower against the enemy, and
prove especially effective against enemy infantry and light
armour.
Units were big, with up to 16 tanks in each company.
However, many of them did not arrive on the battlefield due
to mechanical breakdowns, so it was more common to see
companies of eight, nine, or ten tanks in the field.
