Steps to Set up Print Management in D365:

1. Go to Organisation Administration.
2. Click on Network Printers in the SETUP, as shown in the Screen shot.

3. Go to Options>>Application>>Download document Routing Agent Installer

4. Download "document Routing Agent Installer" and install (Note: Before installing, verify that the Abode PDF
reader is present or not, if not install the Abode PDF reader).

5. Run the Downloaded file to finish the Setup.

Configuring the Document Routing Agent:

1. Close all the instances that are running Dynamics 365.


2. Reset the Azure settings.
3. Run the Document Routing Agent which is present on the Desktop.
4. Click on Settings on the toolbar, as shown in the below screen shot.

5. Need to fill the following Details:


a. Application Id, which will be filled automatically.
b. Dynamics 365 for Operational URL , the basic URL for D365.
c. Azure AD Tenant, which should be filled with Azure tenant Domain Id.
The following are the steps, where we find the Azure Tenant Domain Id:
i. Connect to https://portal.azure.com/
ii. select Active Azure Directory,

iii. Select Domain names, as shown in the screen shot.

6. The below is the folder, where the PDF files are stored, if need to change the path, click on Browse.
7. click on SignIn, and provide the credentials.
8. Click on Printers and Add the Printer name and the Printer Path.
9. Can filter the Printers required by clicking on the Manage Printers, and make the particular printer active by editing
the field.

10. Now the printer setup can be found, if the Destination is selected as Printer and can select the following Printers,
through From Setup.
For Example: Accounts Receivable>>Setup>>Forms>>Form Setup>> Print Management>>select Destination as
Printer and select the Required Printer.

Print Archive in D 365:

1. Go to Organisation Administration>>Inquiries and Reports>>Print Archieve

2. click on the Print Preview, to View the Report, as shown below.
