PROJECT PROPOSAL

I. INTRODUCTION

Green is a color that denotes a clean and healthy working atmosphere. One of the most important
aspects of any cleaning drive or campaign is that it involves students cooperating with community
residents to sweep up trash, remove all types of trash, and beautify public infrastructure in a
neighborhood.

A. PROJECT TITTLE: “OPERATION CLEANLINESS”

The reason I want to conduct this activity is to help our community and environment to promote
cleanliness. This project proposal was made due to my courage to help our community to build up and
create even in a straightforward way to preserve our environment. We know that Cleaning is an
essential element of healthy living because it is only through cleaning that we can develop our
community, personality, and perspective by keeping them clean both externally and internally.

B. SITE DESCRIPTION

Project will be conduct around the area of barangay Población Cavinti laguna.

II. PROBLEM DESCRIPTION

The community of Barangay Población Cavinti Laguna known for its clean and green environment but
there is time that some of its people abuse the environment by throwing their garbage and residential
waste into somewhere else that cause of pollution including air, water, and soil pollution. In this project
proposal will help to the community of barangay Población to reduce the risk of pollution. Even in an
uncomplicated way we can make our environment preserve for the next generation.
 III. ACTIVITIES CONDUCTED

DAY 1

I
start to discern, look, and observe the area that would be a portion of this project. During that time
January 22, 2022, I went to a small store around 8:00 AM and I see lot of trash Infront of that area, so I
preferred to clean it and remove those things that look messy. After cleaning that area, I provided two
sacks for disposing of their garbage so that people who go there have an idea where the proper
disposing of their trash. You will be able to see the outcome cleaning detail of this area to the video
presentation I provided.
DAY 2

At that time January 23, 2022, around 7:00 AM I saw a couple of trash in this garage near my home. I
swept it and got the trash in to their sacks since they already have their own sacks. During my sweeping
the owner of that garage told me that I am not supposed to do that because it is their trash, it is also
their responsibility to clean it. Then I said it is okay since I am going around to sweep trash in our
barangay. After cleaning that place, I give an extra sack to them for next uses of storing their trash.
DAY 3

In the last day of conducting my project January 24, 2022, I give my extra effort to create a good output
of the entire project. As the picture shown, that area is far from my previous location where I conducted
my 2nd day of cleaning. This location is near the main court of barangay Población were located also at
the national highway. As you can see, mixed garbage and waste from the leaves of tree and plastics that
I clean in this area this is not a first time where I clean that place because we conducted already from my
grade school in the same location. This area always has garbage and trash because lots of children are
always there to play and sometimes those kids bring snacks, and their waste is thrown somewhere else
in that area.

IV. PERSONAL POINT OF VIEW

A. KNOWLEDGE LEARNED
Because of this project, I learned to budget money, to preserve the natural environment, find
straightforward way to get rid of the grass and other trash, and I learned to create document outlining
including the timeline, budget, objectives, and goals.

B. PROBLEMS ENCOUNTERED

I only struggled to convince my parents and the barangay captain since NCR declared alert level 2. I
talked to them about conducting this project. I always follow the health safety protocols including
wearing face masks, social distancing, and proper hygiene to be able to do this kind of project. Thanks to
them for giving me time to do such activity inside our barangay.

C. PERSONAL LEARNING

By conducting this project, I learn to communicate with others, build my confidence to conduct this
project, create a precise idea alone to manage circumstances, make myself believe that I can do
something better for the environment, and I learned that I could do this even I doubted my ability to do
this kind of activity.

V. SUMMARY

This project plan was created out of my courage to assist our community grow and create, even if it
meant sacrificing our environment in the process. We understand that cleaning is an important part of
healthy living because it is only by cleaning that we can grow our community, personality, and viewpoint
by keeping them clean on the outside as well as the inside.

VI. CONCLUSION

This project was successfully done with a good outcome. The surroundings are exceptionally clean with
a green environment, the torn infrastructure is successfully restored, and the community enhances the
cleanliness of its environment. Therefore, the projects are effective to have many changes in our
environment to promote cleanliness and preserve our natural environment.

OBJECTIVES

This idea aims to assist the community by focusing efforts on cleaning while also promoting
environmental awareness among residents.

1. Make a real effort to keep the community clean.

2. Recognize the significance of keeping cleanliness.

3. Recognize the importance of residents in maintaining the cleanliness of their neighborhood; and

4. Examine their involvement in the clean-up effort.

PROJECT TITTLE: “OPERATION CLEANLINESS”

PROJECT VENUE:

Project will hold around the area of barangay Población Cavinti laguna.

PROJECT DURATION

Project will begin on January 22, 2022 (Sunday) until January 25, 2021 (Tuesday).

ACTIVITIES TO BE CONDUCTED

Cleaning the surroundings, brooming, reconstructing damage, and providing a trash bin every 100
meters (about the length of a football field).

EXPECTED MEASURABLE OUTCOMES

1. Conduct a needs assessment on the cleanliness of the community.

2. Validate the data gathered

3. Gather cleaning materials (brooms, garbage bags, etc.)

4. Ask barangay officials to supervise the cleanliness drive in the community.

5. Put up posters regarding environmental awareness.
