GOOGLE SUITE

G suite was first launched in August of 2006, and it was


originally known as “Google Apps for you Domain.” It includes
Google Talk, Google Calendar, Google Page creator, and of
course, Gmail. Additionally, users were able to use their own
domains with Gmail, starting in 2006.
Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) for Work is a suite of web
applications created by Google for businesses. Your Google
Workspace account will give you access to Gmail on your
preferred domain and 30GB of Google Drive storage per user.
Through G Suite, you will also have access to a number of
powerful Google applications: Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides,
Forms, Sites, Meets, and Chats.
Google Workspace for Work gives you a professional email,
online storage, shared calendars, video meetings, and more.
Google Apps makes collaboration simple and effective. You will
have the ability to share spreadsheets and documents, create
video conferences with Meets, and use instant messaging via
Chats. You can also share calendars with others, making
meetings easy to plan.
These are the application that includes in this package;
Gmail - Is a free email service provided by Google. In many
ways, Gmail is like any other email service: You can  send and
receive emails, block spam, create an address book, and perform
other basic email tasks. But it also has some more unique
features that help make it one of the most popular online email
services.
Google Meet – Is a video conferencing app. It is business-
oriented version of Google’s Hang outs platform and is suitable
for business of all sizes. The solution enables users to make
video calls with up to 30 users per high-definition video meeting.
Google Chat - Chat is an intelligent and secure communications
tools, built for teams. From direct messages to team chat rooms,
chat makes team communication easy and efficient.
Google Calendar - Is a time-management and
scheduling calendar service developed by Google. It became
available in beta release April 13, 2006, and in general release in
July 2009, on the web and as mobile apps for
the Android and iOS platforms.
Google Docs - You can create and edit text documents right in
your web browser-no special software is require. Even better,
multiple people can work at the same time, you can see people’s
changes as they make them. And every change is saved
automatically.
Google Sheets – A cloud-based architecture enables you to
collaborate with anyone, anytime, anywhere. Compatibility with
external system, including Microsoft office, removes the friction
of working with multiple data sources.
Google Slides – Create and edit polished presentation in your
browser- no software required. Multiple people can work at the
same time so everyone always has the latest version.
Google Drive – Is a cloud-based storage solution that allows you
to save files and access them anywhere from any smartphone ,
tablet, or computer. You can use drive on your computer or mobile
device securely upload fi les and edit them online. Drive also make it
easy for others to edit and collaborate on files.
