School Policy
• Parents must drop off and pick up their children in accordance with the school timings mentioned in the form. The school reserves the
right to send back a child who is late.
• The School reserves the right to withdraw any child from the program, if the child, child’s parent, or child’s guardian is acting in a manner
which is detrimental to the program or affects the safety of the other children.
• Parents and guardians are required to inform the Principal of an changes in the child’s home life (such as a new baby, a death in the family,
divorce, absence of a parent, transfer, lack of sleep, medication, etc.) which might affect the behavior of the child.
• Children infected with a communication disease, must present a medical certificate from a certified doctor, when the student returns to
school.
• If the child has a fever, a runny nose that is not clear, diarrhea, or is vomiting, the child must stay home. If these symptoms are apparent
in a child, the parents or guardians will be called to collect their child from school.
• Injury prevention and safety in the school is given special attention. However, the school does not take responsibility for any unforeseen
accident that might occur while the child is in school premises.
• If the fees are not paid by the 2nd month of the quarter, the school has the right to remove the name of the child from the school register.
• If any parent or caregiver behaves in an unruly or rude manner towards the teachers or the staff, the school has the right to remove the
parent’s or the caregiver’s child from the school register.
• No Admission fee or Tuition fee will be refunded, if the child is removed by the school or the parent decides to withdraw his/her child from
the school.

2. I hereby confirm that the above information is correct. I fully understand that, if at any time, even after the child has been admitted, it is
found that any information provided is incorrect, the school will at liberty to cancel the admission without any refund whatsoever.
