To check the loopback status in RBS/RNC, run the lacc command with vc eteloopback in the RBS and with the atmport of the nodeb in the RNC. The backup process involves using cvls to list CVs and cvcu to get details of startable and rollback CVs. To block or unblock boards or MOs, use the st plug, bl, and deb commands specifying the appropriate proxy ID or MO.
