LCSEC CLUB ELECTION GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES
September 15, 2021 Election
1. All candidates should be nominated and seconded by any of the LCSEC members affixing
his Eagle ID number and signature as indicated in the nomination form. The following are
the positions to be elected to wit;

2. All nomination forms must be electronically submitted by the candidates on September 13,
2021, 1:00 PM
3. All campaign materials (digital poster, flyer, etc.) should there be any, must be approved by
the COMELEC and must be posted in the LCSEC GC only after the candidates are
officially presented. Campaign poster is limited to 3 per candidate.
4. Any candidate who fail to attend the candidates virtual meeting on September 14, 2021,
6:00 PM without a written explanation will result in the disqualification from the election.
5. LCSEC Club Online Voting is on September 15, 2021 will start at 7:00 AM and will end at
3:00 PM. Vote casted after 3:00 PM will be null and void.
6. Online proclamation of winners will be on September 16, 2021, 8:00 AM and will be
posted in LCSEC GC with the corresponding certificate of votes signed by all members of
the COMELEC.
7. All candidates have the right to contest election results as deemed necessary but should put
into writing within 24 hours after the proclamation. The COMELEC will decide on the
merit of the complaint and take necessary action/resolution/ruling or directive.
