myNGconnect contains online editions of the following books:

• Exploring Science, Student Books, grades K-5, in English or Spanish

• Exploring Science, Teacher Guides, grades K-5, in English only


Teachers will see editions associated with students’ subscriptions.

Book  Chooser  
Any of the following editions will be available in the Book Chooser depending
on a teachers students’ subscriptions:

• An English Student edition + an English Teacher’s Guide.

• The Spanish edition will not be available if there are no student


subscriptions to the Spanish edition.

Navigation  
There are several ways to navigate to Editions.

• Use the left and right arrows in Book Chooser.

• Use the yellow dots under Book Chooser.

• Use the green Book Chooser icon.


o Teacher will only see the editions he/she has access to from the
Book Chooser icon.

Viewing  an  Edition  


Choose the edition cover from the Book Chooser or from the edition title from
the Book Chooser icon.

User  Management  System  
Use the Profile icon to access the User Management Console. The User
Management Console allows teachers to do the following:

• View and add classes.

• View and add students.

• Create reports.

Student  eEdition  
About  Student  eEdition  
The Student eEditions are online versions of Exploring Science, grades K-5.
Students will see the eEdition they have access to when they log into
myNGconnect.
eEditions include audio, videos, and interactive assessments.

Navigation  
Viewing the eEdition
View an eEdition by selecting the Arrow buttons in the eReader.
